Governance and elections
Governance overview
OPAC is governed by a democratically elected executive committee that serves a two-year term. All decisions of significance are made collectively — by the executive committee and by the general membership at Annual General Meetings (AGM). The association operates under a Constitution ratified by founding members and periodically reviewed by the membership.
General meeting | Supreme decision-making body. All full members have one vote. Meets quarterly and annually (AGM). |
Executive committee | Elected body managing day-to-day affairs, implementing decisions, and representing OPAC publicly. |
Electoral committee | Independent body of non-contesting senior members appointed to oversee all elections fairly. |
Constitution | All activities, elections, and decisions guided by the OPAC Constitution. [Add download link.] |
